Admissions

Registrations are done for the girls seeking admissions from Classes 4 to 9 as per the details given below “

1. Class 4 – Not younger than 8 years and not older than 9 years and 6 months on 1^st April of the year of admission.
2. Class 5 – Not younger than 9 years and not older than 10 years and 6 months on 1^st April of the year of admission.
3. Class 6 – Candidates not younger than 10 years and not older than 11 years 6 months on 1^st April of the year of admission are allowed to apply.
4. Class 7 –Not younger than 11 years and not older than 12 years and 6 months on 1^st April of the year of admission.
5. Class 8 – Candidates not younger than 12 years and older than 13 years and 6 months on 1^st April of the year of admission are allowed to apply.
6. Class 9 – Candidates not younger than 13 years and not older than 14 years and 6 months on 1^st April of the year of admission are allowed to apply.
7. Class 10 – No admissions are made to this class.
8. Class 11 – Admissions by merit only.
9. Class 12 – No admissions are made to this class.

• The School reserves the right to refuse permission to take the Aptitude Analysis without giving any reason thereof.
• The Registration Fee is not refundable.
• The acceptance of the registration form and fee is no guarantee that the girl will be admitted and it does not involve the School in any obligation to admit the girl.

IMPORTANT

• The Common Aptitude Analysis is held only once a year on the third Saturday of November in the following subjects :

1. English
2. Maths
3. Hindi

• Any attempt to influence the school’s right to admission will amount to disqualification of the candidate.
• The children and grandchildren of OLD BOYS and OLD GIRLS of the Mayo College and Mayo College Girls’ School are given some consideration for admissions.
